your Personal Data may be disclosed to Weins and its subsidiaries, related business partners and operators (including financial operator, insurance provider, goods rental and leasing industries and service provider), dealers relating to each transaction, transportation agency, shipping line agency, exportation agency, logistics agency, IT infrastructure service providers, security service providers, and any recipients who have signed agreements in taking obligatory measures to appropriately manage personal information by taking steps to ensure preventing information leakage.
The aim of disclosing Personal Data:
For legitimate purposes to implement and fulfil obligations under a transaction/contract which you request, allow, or authorize;
to offer and provide new or related products and services of Yokohama Toyopet, Weins and its subsidiaries or third parties, and,
to comply with Yokohama Toyopet and Weins' internal policies and its reporting obligations to governmental authorities under applicable laws.
To respond to a subpoena, a rit of summons or other judicial order or when we reasonably believe that such disclosure is required by law, regulation or administrative order of any court, governmental or regulatory authority.
